The Lennox is a distinctive landmark marking the Church Street gateway into Parramatta central business district from the north. It reconnects Parramatta to its riverfront on a site previously used as public carpark. The Central River City is actively reintegrating the river into its civic and public domain, developing the banks as communal living spaces and connecting pathways.
The building contains residential apartments above a mixed use podium with an extensive range of indoor and outdoor communal amenities. The design includes a hierarchy of public and private spaces that contributes to both the quality of personal living and shared civic spaces.
