Vitania Ltd. is a public real estate company that integrates entrepreneurship in the field of income-producing and residential properties by locating land, improving it, constructing high-quality buildings in high-demand areas and renting them out to high-quality tenants.
The company was founded in 1995 by four partners: SGS, the Propper family, the Gitam advertising agency, and the Hamama family. Over the years, Harel Insurance Company and Telcar Ltd., which currently holds most of the company's shares, have also joined as shareholders.
In 2015, the company went public on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange and today about 25% of its shares are held by the public.
