China Resources Land Limited (CR Land, HK1109) is a strategic business unit responsible for city construction and operation under China Resources Group, a Fortune Global 500 company, and is also a front-runner of comprehensive urban investors, developers and operators in mainland China. CR Land was established in 1994 via reconstructing. In 1996, it was listed in Hong Kong Stock Exchange and included in the Hong Kong Hang Seng Index constituent stocks in 2010.
