Chapmanbdsp is a building services and environmental consultancy that has designed and delivered tall building across Europe, Asia Middle East and Africa.
The practice is headquartered in London and has two offices in the UK regions, the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
Recent projects include Park Place, Canary Wharf, London, which involved designing engineering solutions for a 55-storey building containing 624 new homes and leisure, retail, food and beverage, culture and co-working spaces.
The practice won the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH) award for best ‘MEP Engineering’ project in 2019 for its work on Britam Tower in Nairobi. It also worked on The World Trade Center tower, ‘Burj Mohammed Bin Rashid’ in Abu Dhabi, which won the CTBUH Best Tall Building in 2015.
