Dow is the world’s largest construction silicone provider, but we are so much more. We are materials science experts, partnering with our customers to help them create the beautiful structures they imagine – visually stunning buildings that perform at the highest level – while also minimizing their environmental footprint. Our advanced technologies enable greater design flexibility and sustainability.

As early as the 1960s and 1970s, we pioneered technologies, such as (4-sided) silicone structural glazing, that opened the eyes of architects to a new way of designing buildings and to help them create energy-efficient, cost-effective, safe, flexible, aesthetically pleasing and sustainable buildings. We continue to innovate for both new construction and retrofitting applications – offering a full line of silicone structural glazing materials, insulating glass sealants, SEPS for durable and low-maintenance cladding, and weatherproofing products – to increase production efficiency and enhance design freedom for architectural window and door manufacturing.

We sit at the design table and challenge architects and builders to help bring whatever they imagine to life – to inspire the “futurescape.”
